Amazing figure, but feels too fragile for a 5th star.

MMC/Ocular Max make some beautiful looking products and this is definitely one of them. Both close to the cartoon and a true car, an interesting bot mode with lots of details to look at. It has amazing shelf presence and fits well in anyone's MP collection!

When transforming it, I made sure to check the manual and a couple of YouTube videos just to be safe as some parts of the transformation were not so intuitive and some things I had to do felt like I could easily make a mistake and snap something off or damage it. It feel hefty but very fragile. So far no issues though.
A great masterpiece figure missing form the series

If you are looking for that perfect masterpiece mirage figure that Takara hasn't made yet then look no further, this is it. You can't go wrong with Mastermind Creations Ocular Max series and this figure is no exception.

Near perfect MP representation of G1 Mirage. It's like he stepped right out of the cartoon. Nice weight and plastic quality. I have DX9 Invisible and this one is much better proportioned. Only thing I wish it had is a chrome spoiler but I can live with the silver. Shipping took less than 2 weeks to Canada..

This company is your one stop shop when it comes to quality and this release is no exception, with MMC once again setting the bar for all other 3rd party companies. When you think excellence, you think of MMC. This figure is so incredible, the transformation is intuitive but not overly complex, and while there are many moving parts, it is easy enough to transform in under a couple of minutes tops. The diecast is applied perfectly, in key joints that may wear and tear over time and play, and this figure is BUILT TO LAST. For its size it has an incredible heft to it. The paint is applied immaculately, and the design is absolutely stunning. It executes robot and vehicle mode with a finnese that is for a lack of a better word, DELICIOUS. This rendition is just sexy. All this at an affordable price, I could not possibly ask for more, but MMC continues to inspire with each and every release thus far, and my goodness is this truly a MASTERPIECE.
