We have received several customers' inquiries regarding not having their shipping notifications recently.
We found out that if there were 2 pre-ordered items (or more than 2) contained in one order, there wouldn't be a system-generated notification sent out when it had generated 1 notification before. Customer would have to log in and look for the tracking number by themselves. We will always overlap the previous tracking number with the recent one after we fulfill the newest pre-order.
So far, we are still seeking a solution for this issue in our store system. If customers couldn't find their tracking number, we welcome them to email us for it. In the mean time, we also suggest customers only pre-order one type of product in each checkout to avoid such issues.
